Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Thumper Sports. We are committed to providing quality sporting goods and sports apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


Returns

We accept returns on most eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories where applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt

Items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items, undergarments, mouthguards, cups, or similar protective apparel where return is not appropriate
  • Gift cards, if offered

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit.


Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the item is available, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item sent by Thumper Sports
  • A defective item
  • A product damaged during shipment

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the normal return process described above.
